TriggerPoint makes my favorite foam roller. It’s stiff enough to get in there, but it’s not too stiff. It definitely does the job that it needs to do.
This is my most favorite recovery tool ever. It has three speeds, and you control the pressure. The battery lasts a good amount of time as well. Unless you have a masseuse living in house with you, this is a must have!!

When the weather gets cold outside, gloves are the first thing that runners will put on. A good pair of gloves helps tremendously. Sometimes, some runners like two pairs so they can alternate between them just in case one pair gets wet.
This jacket is weather resistant so it protects her from both wind and rain! I love my Brooks Canopy Jacket.
Compression socks are the best feeling after a long run. I’ll sometimes wear compression socks to work if it has been a long week or on the plane if I am going to be on it for a while.

Garmin is pretty much the go to standard for fitness watches. The Forerunner 235 is an entry level model that will have your favorite runner nerding out on all the stats.
The Fenix 6 is the top of the line Garmin model. Not only will it track runs, it will also track most other activity as well, to include swimming and cycling.
If you ask a runner for headphone recommendations, AfterShokz are one of two brands that will always get recommended. While I haven’t personally used them, a lot of people swear by them.
AirPods are the other pair of headphones that are always recommended. I love mine. And I have never had any issue with them staying in while I run.
If you are an Apple household like I am, then you know you can never go wrong with an Apple product. I’ll be honest though. I do prefer my Garmin Fenix 6.
Unless you have the money for a Peloton Treadmill, this is the next best thing in my opinion. This is great for winter running and early morning running when it’s dark outside and no one is around.

All runners chafe. Body glide is my go to anti-chafe product.
Squirrel Nut Butter is another anti-chafe product that I also use as well!
If I don’t want to wear headphones, then I will use the speaker on my phone to listen to music. This is the arm band that I use to carry my phone with me. I’ve tried other arm bands that don’t fit as well as this one. I love the comfort of it.
Hydration packs are great for long runs. I always wear one for any runs over ten miles during the summer! These are great year around though!!
